It’s hard to believe that it’s been a month since Camille entered the world. Most of my postpartum attire has consisted of leggings, joggers, comfy pullovers, perfectly oversized tees, and slippers. We spent most of the first few weeks hibernating at home, settling into a routine, and trying to catch some rest when we could….
Yet, now that we’re starting to head out a little more on small adventures I’m putting some more thought into my wardrobe. Since I don’t have a lot of time to spend thinking about what I want to wear, pieces need to be comfortable, easy to mix + match with other favorites, and have to feel good on the body (I’m all about that in postpartum life…). Enter a few new pieces from Amaryllis Apparel… a lifestyle brand that has on trend, easy to throw-on-and-go items that seamless fit into my existing closet. I recently snagged these adorable paperbag shorts (hello comfortable and chic) and this eyelet flutter top for spring + summer. I love that the shorts can easily be paired with my favorite knit sweaters (or this wrap sweater) and the top front tucked into my go-to boyfriend jeans.
A few other items I selected to throw into the mix include this beautiful flutter sleeve blouse (pairs nicely with the paperbag shorts), easy breezy linen maxi dress, silky navy joggers, and this basic button up tee. With Amaryllis’ no threshold free shipping, they make online shopping for beautiful pieces a cinch…. and help this new momma of two look somewhat pulled together in minutes with great basics + neutrals…. we’re still working on the hair + ghost white legs though….
