The other day I noticed something interesting: The gym is much more crowded these days…especially the cardio area. Hmmm why might that be? Perhaps because the weather is heating up and people are flocking to the beach to soak it all up? Perhaps because it’s too hot to cover ourselves up with pants and winter coats? Whatever the reason is, I’m all for it. I’ve always thought: who cares what your motivation is? If you’re doing it, props to you. And if you’re not…well, here’s a good way to start:
If you recall, I used to be an avid boot camper, and I was in the best shape of my life. However, with recent financial changes (i.e. rent), that’s no longer in the budget. So when I returned to the gym, I was (and am) determined to incorporate those Hight Intensity Interval Training drills into my gym workouts at the gym. It took some time, but here’s what I came up with:
