I’m a fantasizer. And, no, not in a creepy way. I find that when I am debating whether or not to do something, or in the rare case, buy something (haha says TJ), I envision what that may look like. Example. Buying gifts for people. I like to envision what they may do with the gift, or what their reaction may be when they open the gift. This has it’s pros and cons though. You see, fantasy does not always equal reality (I am sane enough to recognize that fact) and therefore, when the reaction doesn’t match there may be slight disappointment.
Like with this poncho. When I saw it I pictured (insert thought bubble above my head) myself sipping on a Winter Dream Tea Latte from Coffee Bean, or lounging on the couch, curled up with a good movie, while the rain poured down outside. Yet, like I mentioned above, fantasy does not always equal reality. When I received the poncho, it was 80 degrees outside. My fantasy had to be put on the shelf for a short time. BUT, to my excitement, this past weekend, the evenings cooled nicely, and my fantasy turned into reality. I love how versatile the poncho can be. Dress it up by wrapping it with a belt, as seen here, or toss it on with a pair of leggings and sneakers for a casual day of running errands. The options are limitless, really, so have at it, fantasize a little 🙂
