I’ve always been a fan of the saying ABC… Anything But Chardonnay. While Allison loves the buttery and oak-y tastes that are characteristic of chardonnays, I politely pass. Always. My taste buds revolt. It can be “the best” chardonnay there is (aka a Rombauer) and I simply can’t sip. So… I opt for whites with crispy-er and non-oak tastes. My fav? A good, clean, and crisp Sauvignon Blanc (favorites?? Cakebread, Peju, and Brander… although I am always open for suggestions :)).

On that note, I’ve notice my pull toward clean and crisp looks. That’s perfectly normal right?? To like your clothes just how you like your wine?? I thought so!
