If you’ve read our posts at all for the last week, you know we just recently returned from an unbelievable trip to Chicago. It was a city that Shannon and the rest of my family for the matter, already knew and loved, but it was my first time experiencing it. I was heavily warned ahead of time that the weather there is fickle at best, and that I should be packed and prepared for anything. So, I admit, I basically packed in preparation to shop and, should I forget something “essential,” I could just buy it on Michigan Ave! It turns out I did just that, and ended up with an outfit I love, and am proud to wear across the seasons!
This is how I chose to wear it in the 95 degree Summer heat-loose and airy, with some feminine, bright touches.
This outfit so easily transitions to fall because of its colors and pattern. Pairing it with a spunky but feminine military jacket with a scarf takes me to fall. And I LOVE wearing camel colored bags and accessories for fall. Plus, these accessories go perfectly with the outfit regardless of the season!!
