Creativity has never been my strong suit. Ask anyone who knows me, and they’ll agree when I say I’m likely one of the least artistic people you’ll meet. But that doesn’t mean I can’t try, right? So last week when I got a very rare creativity bug, I decided to channel that into a fun new recipe, and so the Ricotta + Fruit Potstickers were born. The ricotta adds richness and creaminess, and the agave nectar makes it nice and sweet (while staying healthy), while the fruit adds extra sweetness and texture. They are sweet, crunchy, delicious little [two] bite sizes perfect for a light dessert or extra-sweet appetizer. Hope you enjoy!
