We headed up to wine country last weekend and with record breaking heat in Southern California, I was looking for something light weight and airy. I knew I’d be outside sipping wine and really did not want to sweat in all those terrible places no one talks about… and then to get up and refill my glass with odd sweat marks (give me a break here, it was 95 degrees outside!). AND, wanting to keep in line with the remix theme we’ve been doing, I spent some time looking through the closet. I found this romper (similar here) that I purchased four years ago… yes, I still have it, and decided that it was the perfect option for the weekend. The evenings became slightly cooler and therefor this knit (seen here, here) was the perfect option to stay warm. Wanting a little bit more color, I tossed on these OLD (probably from high school… I rarely give things away for fear that they will come back in style) turquoise earrings! A word to the wise… if you rock the romper give yourself a few extra minutes when nature calls :)!
