Building off of last week’s capsule wardrobe post is today’s post. I’m giving you 15 easy outfits you can wear from home, wear for a work from home day, and can easily be worn to wear outside for walks and playtime with kiddos. I tried to use items I’ve featured multiple times to help everyone get the most out of their wardrobes during this time…
I also had a recent comment come in alluding to the fact that “fashion” doesn’t matter right now… and that as a therapist I should realize that. What I want to say is that if fashion helps you feel good about yourself, then it matters. If lounging in nothing but your pajamas all day makes you feel good about yourself, then that’s great! Feeling good about yourself during this time is so important. It’s easy to fall into a rut, and that rut snowballs into bigger, negative, feelings. So for me, sharing simple outfits that help me feel pulled together, and somewhat “normal” during this very uncertain time, matters. We don’t need to mass consume new clothing items, but rather find ways to rewear the items we already have in our closet (but, if you want to buy something new, there is nothing wrong with that either….).
All that aside, I wanted to note a few things about the outfits below. I have this pullover in two colors, but I featured them in last week’s post in the grey color-way. Grey will easily work for any of the outfits where I have featured it in black….
Additionally, my go-to white The Great joggers are sold out, but I found this pair (seem to be the same color and style) as a good alternative.
