Break the Fast: Egg Sandwich 2

I, like Allison, am equally in love with all things breakfast! I mean… you are literally breaking the fast you put your body through while sleeping, and I know that I always wake up starving! While temptation lurks around every corner for breakfast (muffins, waffles, pancakes, French toast… need I say more?) there are definitely healthy, and delish, ways to break that fast… and it won’t break the belt! Below you’ll find my tasty, and filling, alternative on the breakfast sandwich! And, here’s the nutritional breakdown: 345 calories, 18.5 grams of fat (due to the good fat from the avocado), and 3 grams of sugar. Hope you enjoy!
