Benevolence… and Some Stunning Earrings

IMG_9084Benevolence is the inclination to help or do good to others and is something I strongly believe in. In life we are so often defined by how we treat and help others which is why I am so excited to introduce you to Benevolent Jewels. Not only because of their stunning jewelry, but because the heart of the company is genuinely benevolent! Shopping at benevolent jewels allows me to combine two of the most enjoyable facets of my life: giving back & shopping. Benevolent Jewels’s mission is to increase awareness about the importance of helping others. Their jewelry is stylish, affordable, and the best part is that some of the proceeds go to a good cause. Here’s how it works. At the end of three months, 20% of their profits will be donated to a philanthropic organization, with this month going to Unity for a Solution (this agency works with other established agencies to address the issue of animal overpopulation in the Houston area… and who doesn’t love animals?? AND jewels??). Check out their site and use ibicode20 to receive 20% off of your purchase!

I fell in love with these earrings the minute I laid my eyes on them! The colors are bold and the design is perfect for dressing up any outfit. The hubby couldn’t stop commenting on how much he loved them. I chose to debut them this past weekend on “date night,” and couldn’t help but feel as though they pulled the entire outfit together. Pairing them with the soft flannel shirt created just the dressy-casual juxtaposition I was aiming for. And, you can never go wrong when you toss in leopard pumps! These earrings made me feel feminine and polished, the perfect feeling for a night out!
