The quickest I’ve ever finished a book was in basically 12 hours… and 8 of those were spent sleeping. It was a couple of weeks ago. “Verity” was said book, and I couldn’t put it down (there is some lighthearted controversy over whether or not it’s a romance novel or a thriller… so I’ll settle on romantic thriller….). It was one of those books that hooks you from the very first sentence and then you just can’t put it down….

I love when books do that to me. I was recently asked what the draw was to a “psychological thriller” and my response was “pure entertainment.” I consider my life to be relatively even keel, very little drama, and nothing that compares to the pages in the books I read. So I enjoy it… I enjoy getting lost in a book, and becoming invested in the characters. Even if I’m left unable to fall asleep at night because I can’t stop thinking about it….

So, when the book was finished I took to instagram and inquired into other’s favorite thriller books that they would recommend… and the list is below! If you’re anything like me, and love a good PT, then I hope this helps…. and by the way, I already read a lot of the excerpts from the books below and I already want to read them all (currently reading “The Last Flight.).
