I didn’t wear jeans once last week. With Harper having a nasty little cold, we stayed home all week, snuggling on the couch, watching movies, and resting (well, Harper…). I wore a variation of joggers + a pullover every day… and now with Camille coming down with the same cold, it looks like this week will be identical to last. So now I’m craving jeans, a regular shirt, and some shoes other than slippers. It’s funny how when I’m wearing jeans, I crave something comfortable like leggings or joggers… and when I’m wearing joggers/leggings I start to crave denim. The old saying “the grass is greener on the other side,” I guess…
I always love when I find a brand that can provide me with pieces, no matter what I might be craving… be it a casual, lounging outfit, or a more dressed up outfit with jeans and a top. And for that Everlane is always spot on. I appreciate their versatility of items, how seamlessly pieces mix with other items I own, and how well made they are. They’re also sustainable and everything is made in ethical factories.
I recently added this camel duster cardigan to my wardrobe, and it’s such a versatile piece that can be worn with leggings (see last photo) or with denim… and this cozy, über soft, blush pullover is easy to dress down or up… or even wear in a business casual setting. A few other new arrivals that I have my eye on include these seamless leggings + matching tee, teddy bomber jacket (love the zipper), and this french terry jumpsuit.
Hope everyone has a good day!
