Along with an abundance of white tops (some might say it boarders on hoarding), my other obsession is stripes. Red and white, navy and white, black and white, gold and white… button up, basic tee, tie front tank, oversized tee…. you name, I have one in stripes. Why? Well, unlike my other BFF, the white top, the stripe BFF adds a whole new dimension, without being over the top. It’s perfect for everyday errands and can be dressed up for an evening (or, in my case a very early happy hour…) with your boo or babes. My favorite way to wear a striped top, in a dressed up way? Always with my favorite pair of distressed jeans and perfect summer espadrilles. It’s a simple getup that will have you feeling confident while sipping on your bubbly (or vino… or margarita…. you get the point).
