I think every Winter I cultivate a wardrobe that I wish I could wear 24/7. I go on the hunt for warm sweaters, heavy coats, and beanies. Then cross my finger a cold front will settle over the area (or plan multiple trips where I know the weather will be chilly). It rarely does… but at least I’m prepared, right? This year, I haven’t changed my routine much (at all) and part of the growing “cold weather” collection is this cape. I’ve figured out how to make it work though, you see. Since the mornings are blissfully cool, it’s perfect to toss on over any ensemble… and then slip off when the temps warm up. For those days when the cold decides to grace us with its presence for the entire day, the cape can stay put and keep me warm. It’s all about getting creative, right??
