The simplicity of a beach night date gets me every time. This past weekend, as we were going with the flow of life, the beach just seemed like the perfect place to enjoy a date night over a few delicious lobster tacos. What made us decide on the beach? Feeling a little tired we wanted something casual… and I specifically requested not having to put much thought into my appearance (you know those days where you just can’t fathom getting all glammed up??). So, that’s where the beach came in… I’ve always felt that the laid back nature of the beach just lends itself to casual and chic. Light make-up, no frills dressing, and low fuss hair (since the salty beach air will only negate any hard work you put into it…). I knew that this little white dress would be the perfect way to achieve the laid back, beach-y look I was going for… and when I was sitting in the no-air conditioned taco joint, I knew I had made the right choice 🙂
