I find that with each season that comes, I tend to organically find my staples. This last winter, I couldn’t stop wearing distressed denim… along with stylish kicks and comfy knits. As we’ve settled into these summer months, I can’t seem to stop wearing (and hoarding….) distressed denim shorts (when I’m not still wearing those jeans…). They’re effortless, simple to toss on, and are pretty much the perfect pairing with any top (I’m loving them with a silk button up too). While I’m not sure they would work for an evening out (maybe at a bonfire… with a cozy sweatshirt… and a s’more in one hand and a glass of champagne in the other….), I find them more than acceptable for a #momiform, day lunch date, brunch, or a day of travel… and they’re even the perfect play date attire… think about it… if you snag yourself on a toy who gives a crap if they rip! Sold yet?
