Before little miss entered this world, I of course bought multiple items, and heeded the advice of many: Be sure to purchase larger sizes than “newborn.” When Harper arrived, all 6lbs 8oz of her, I was stuck with items that were too large and which she would not grow into within the alloted “season…” (which was Winter… so why I purchased multiple cold weather items is beyond me… I live in Southern California where winter shows up maybe 4-5 days….). With her tiny size, finding anything she could fit into became a struggle.
On one of my outings with Harper and my sister, I landed on the Peek clothing line, carried by Nordstrom. Not only were the pieces adorable (no, seriously, as in I could have purchased each and every item) they came in the smallest of sizes, perfect for my tiny little newborn! Annnnd, since I’m such a fan of the frayed and distressed look for myself, these shorts were an obvious purchase for Harper. I have found myself returning to the line time and time again for so many different occasions… Harper has several pairs of these pants for our “lazy days,” and I just love this simple dress for fun days. And, again, I haven’t left out the “little men!” How adorable are these camo pants, as well as this little striped pair?? I also have a slight (okay, it borders on problematic) obsession with the freshly picked moccasins line… and am eyeing these snake skin print pair and this camo pair for some of my girlfriends who are having boys!
