I’ve always loved a white top that feels almost ethereal, so it only seemed natural that this one ended up making “The List” for our stay-cation last weekend. After spending the entire day lounging by the pool and sipping mocktails, it was the perfect top to toss on for a casual sushi dinner date (don’t worry… I stayed away from all things raw… reluctantly). I love the way it flows when the wind catches it, and the way it will allow for a little expansion in the coming months. Growing up in Southern California, outfits like this one here have always been top on my summer wardrobe. There is just something about casual sandals, distressed denim, and the perfect white top that calls out for those long summer evenings. I’m also a sucker for a beautiful Californian sunset by the beach, so we headed out of the hotel a little early to catch the “golden hour,” which is one of my favorite things about summer in California.
