Summertime Series: Arms

For Part II of our Summertime Fitness series, we bring you: Arms. Tis the season for tank tops, halter tops, strapless, and, of course, the bathing suit. And, since the upper body is so commonly neglected by women in fears of getting bulky, I’ve decided to put together my favorite, go-to arm exercises. It’s so important to work out that super body too, in order to look proportionate, increase muscle (and therefore burn fat), and of course, avoid the dreaded “Skinny fat.” Plus, as my old bootcamp trainers always said, “weights don’t make you bulky, cupcakes do!” (But do french fries? 😉 )
