Pop of Red

red beanie

This past weekend I was plagued with stomach flu phobia. You see, it seems to be running rampant amongst people I know. What did this entail for me? Most of my time on the internet was spent searching the progression of the bug and whether or not pro-biotics helps to fend against it. Pretty much every little queasy feeling left me in a state of sheer panic (which only likely made it worse). So, when I did experience some mild symptoms of this terrifying bug, I decided that all I would live in would be stretchy yoga pants and sweatshirts. When I did finally make it out, the evening air was crisp and cool, just how I like it. So, since I hadn’t washed my hair in a few days, this red beanie was multi-functioning. It hid both flat hair and added just the right pop of color to an otherwise very monochromatic outfit. It doesn’t hurt that it made me feel a little more Christmas-y, because at this time of year, anything red, green, gold, or a combination of the three, makes me smile!
