Trader Joe’s Meal Plan

I have fallen off the wagon. Off the healthy eating wagon, that is. Having recently begun a new relationship, I have been on an eating-out bonanza. There’s something exciting about combining a new relationship, the warm summer weather + longer days, and a new restaurant/happy hour, that is so heavenly…but so hellish to my waistline! Especially in these beginning phases, it’s so natural and almost expected that going out to eat/drink is just what new couples do. Pair that with my irrational thought process that longer summer days call me to be outside…when “outside” is actually the patio of a new restaurant. So here it is, the middle of August, and the Summer is almost over, so it’s time for me to switch back to my logical, reasoning prefrontal cortex and get back “on the wagon,” so to speak. And being a 25 year old on a budget of both time and money, Trader Joe’s is my go-to for all things quick, healthy, and inexpensive. Which is why I have brought to you a meal plan, comprised entirely of Trader Joe’s finest products. Bon Apetit!
