Starting the New Year with Stairs

Happy New Year, friends! We hope everyone had a wonderful, safe time ringing saying goodbye to 2013 and welcoming the fresh rejuvenation that 2014 brings! With the new year comes resolutions and new goals (more to come on that next week!), and one of the most popular resolutions: lead a healthier lifestyle. Whether that’s beginning or improving a workout regimen, eating cleaner, drinking more water, etc., “health” is a great resolution!

On that note, I’m including this stair-master workout that I have found [literally] kicks my butt! Sometimes I just can’t bring myself to get on the treadmill, and I’m one of those people who gets bored to tears by the elliptical, so I ventured onto the stair-master and created this little high-intensity interval workout so you can start the new year with stairs! Hello, glutes!!!
